Good grief.. didn't ANYone notice that Nicole Mones' main character strange tolerance to her husband's former lover?--and how helpful she was to the other woman? Has Nicole Mones NEVER been cheated on in her life to know how ridiculous this was? It was a senseless sub story that got in the way of an excellent little love affair and wonderful cooking. I actually felt like I was right there enjoying the food, but I was constantly distracted by the stupid storyline of the love child. I would have given this more stars had it not been so contrived. I did enjoy the writing, and most of the dialogue, but it just wasn't enough to make me entirely love this book.
